  Chinyere Ogbonna-  Temple University SOM  Class of 2015  After completing her combined family medicine and psychiatry resident she continued her training with a fellowship in addiction medicine at Stanford where she was actively involved in research and teaching.  Dr. Ogbonna is an active speaker on screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment (SBIRT), with a specific focus on prevention and early intervention among adolescents and young adults. Her clinical focus also includes dual diagnoses, chronic pain, and increasing integration of medicine and psychiatry in primary care. Currently working at Women and Infant's Hospital in Providence Rhode Island where she specializes in reproductive psychiatry, working in a psychiatric clinic specializing in diagnosis and treatment of peripartum mood disorders. She is an attending physician for the psychiatric consult service at Women and Infants Hospital.  Additionally, she has a primary care practice  as well as providing psychiatric consultation to her primary care colleagues.  

  Kevin Brazill-   Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine  Class of 2015  Kevin is working for the Carle Physician Group as an outpatient Psychiatrist and Family Medicine physician in rural Mattoon, Illinois. He also serves as the consultant psychiatrist for the large outpatient primary care office and urgent care facility in Mattoon. In addition, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Urbana-Champaign in the Departments of Family Medicine and Psychiatry.

Kevin is working for the Carle Physician Group as an outpatient Psychiatrist and Family Medicine physician in rural Mattoon, Illinois. He also serves as the consultant psychiatrist for the large outpatient primary care office and urgent care facility in Mattoon. In addition, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Urbana-Champaign in the Departments of Family Medicine and Psychiatry.

  Catherine Pinkston DO - Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine  Class of 2018  She is off on a grand adventure to Nevada where she will work in a full spectrum family medicine practice. She will be able to continue to spend her free time outdoors with long distance trail runs, backpacking in the mountains, and rustic international travel!

  Gurpreet Kaur  (pictured back right)– Medical School for International Health (MSIH)  Class 0f 2012  Gurpreet jumped around a lot before she started residency and continues to jump around thereafter.   Her primary career interest is in international health/under resourced settings, especially in areas with difficult medical access.  Following graduation, Gurpreet worked a year in a FQHC in Saginaw, Michigan before moving to work with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).  Since then, she has jumped between locums assignments in Michigan (outpatient and urgent care) and MSF assignments in Africa.  Gurpreet has worked for MSF within a variety of medical roles including medical doctor in a pediatric malnutrition ward (SNNPR, Ethiopia) and start up project (Thonyor, South Sudan); mobile medical team manager (Somali Region, Ethiopia), outreach surveillance team manager (Mtendeli Refugee Camp, Tanzania) and overall project medical team leader (Zamfara, Nigeria).  Currently, she is working an outpatient locums assignment in Colorado.
